Managing Director and Principal of Laguna Asset Management, Inc., oversees the operation of the Company. Mr. Beatty, who has an extensive background in all aspects of real estate sales, financing and management, has been in the industry since 1986 and has specialized in manufactured home community management since 1994.  During this time, he has supervised all aspects of property management including property sales and acquisitions, asset management, day-to-day operations of thousands of spaces and the sale of hundreds of manufactured homes throughout the Southwestern United States.

McKay Florence

Principal of Laguna Asset Management, Inc., has an active role in all aspects of our asset management activities including annual planning, refinancing, acquisitions and sales. Mr. Florence has been involved with the manufacturing housing industry since 1988.  During that time, he has brokered over 85 manufactured housing community transactions, provided financing on dozens of transactions, participated in park management and has participated as a principle partner on the purchase of many manufactured home communities.

Norma Saville

Executive Assistant and Office Manager has been with Laguna Asset Management, Inc. since 2011.  Ms. Saville provides support to Mr. Beatty, manages the corporate office and oversees third party contracts. She has worked in the property management industry for over seventeen years in a variety of capacities from administrative assistant to accounting.

Partner Relations Liaison and Executive Assistant to Mr. Florence, has been with Laguna Asset Management, Inc. since 2015. She manages the Northern CA office with multifaceted responsibilities, including refi's and due diligence for acquisitions and sales.  She holds a current real estate license and has over 25 years of experience in real estate.

Senior Accountant, has been with Laguna Asset Management, Inc. since 2021.  Ms. Miller oversees all aspects of financial reporting for the company.  She has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field and has worked in a variety of industries, such as property management, healthcare and resale.

Billing Administrator, has worked for Laguna Asset Management, Inc. since 2001.  Ms. Wheeler oversees resident billing and offers technical support to the Company’s onsite managers. She has been in the manufactured housing industry since 2000 overseeing all aspects of community management.

Field Supervisor, has worked for Laguna Asset Management, Inc. since 2001.  Mr. Gonzalez is involved with most aspects of the physical plant operations including everything from mobile home repairs to water treatment plant construction.  His background is in construction and maintenance and he has been in the industry for over twenty years.

Regional Supervisor, has been with Laguna Asset Management since 2001.  Ms. Campbell is involved with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the on-site management teams for our communities in Arizona, Nevada and California. She is a graduate from ASU with a master’s degree in social work and she’s been in the manufactured industry since 1995.

He comes to us with over fifteen years of experience in the property management field and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from San Jose State University.

Safety Supervisor, has worked with Laguna Asset Management since 2001. Mr. Wheeler oversees the safety guidelines for all communities which includes visiting each of the properties and working with Managers to keep them up to code. He’s been in the manufactured housing industry since 2000 with additional education in on-site operations.
